有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

! T% H! ~0 F0 h% J2 a3 MYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.

身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
9 ?4 _$ g! t9 `! G( Z: O* l3 l' `/ m1 z! oIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
/ a( p( q6 W0 \+ t! [3 D中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
5 Y. f) Y7 T" Q2 S# a, e5 v醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
0 r- L/ I; @- u7 D1 E1 JA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

! F' C4 T, {9 \: X! qAsk the patient to smile
. A3 M* v5 C& N$ T   
5 b8 S/ Q+ \# Q! JT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
) j7 }% E, e# }, W5 ]，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
5 r3 r2 e4 Q) q7 [7 v- b6 ^R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
3 P4 W) p/ o8 Y3 |8 WAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
/ t$ A+ `' j: T   
0 `& e/ r) [0 @, U注意 Note：
4 a" O$ t/ p$ A$ b) m% l/ B/ H- ^: z另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
& k) c% q4 z3 W. C, o( q   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
( ?2 E) L  p7 ]% fAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

心臟科醫師說，

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
