T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。

，e..g. The weather is sunny today. J+ [. L a" W) i9 T* V& r! w( F

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
& x4 n% H/ Z# A/ k) a1 s) IAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time8 O u: ~' Q6 f( a7 b" F v& @
& D9 E& _- w- i+ o: D- ]
注意 Note：
0 i; R0 g. W3 ?0 R/ v另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
0 l7 L$ j: j( j( `1 E0 K1 vOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.% D3 D, t/ Y1 J w" L3 a
3 \6 U) U# E* R% p* @/ f上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
6 D( i; e) x( I7 T" p( r) RAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
