有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

6 t% f$ X1 b9 D! i9 e( ?Ask the patient to smile
   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
8 ]9 p# f. L: O( R% j) S/ q1 RRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
9 e4 e8 s; ^; r  ^& i; ], ^R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time

. e; ?6 J3 F, }$ Y/ F注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

) D* c/ _0 w( m8 P4 b1 s1 Z上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
! D, Y/ n0 j: G: Y! e9 YAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

. B* n7 ]4 i* E* ~4 D8 u前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
