' D: z7 Y1 Z% a6 {4 j& y& I& sT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
7 B1 _+ m J6 A2 B h9 jRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)( B* C: m8 L& U1 O* h
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

, N+ [ e: S) N# oR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
/ s+ d6 M/ x: ~Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
+ C1 a: t; i+ O4 U
# \. o9 b* Y: C+ l& D注意 Note：) Z# d- y& D/ ?) x8 G+ j7 g4 W
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
: a- l4 o7 @- h3 e6 T9 e9 jOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

( c* V. `5 D: d. C上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。* u+ j% Z# R$ I$ b# V. F
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
