9 t! b! [0 `$ @T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。0 o7 r& F$ I$ \ L7 y, N" ^8 |' B! L
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
( l; M4 T! p2 R' M& L0 N. W，e..g. The weather is sunny today.+ m; c7 t$ T+ H2 c2 W: P

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
! F0 L" N" R4 P( KAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
* q6 f, R# | H$ C. p- V- F 2 \- @8 B. ^" {! w' ~% A
注意 Note：" o5 S+ C e2 f6 `. h
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
; J# A, K$ ?( p; v3 _2 OOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
) L; N$ D% R5 e# Q; v
% r3 H; |) v* H; ~! d9 Y上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。. h1 _2 @1 R0 d: i; g' S$ z* H( k
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
