T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
. ]4 a+ ^) M8 GRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)" Q |2 D. v, L( F& \* A
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

: a) \' R! L% j. l# m$ X! v1 D9 m, WR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
3 l4 k7 P7 w' c9 H1 E5 I% F6 mAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time; @8 Z5 ~; U! `" ?+ Y
& ]# J) v, B5 h7 }3 `7 C注意 Note：* c5 b( j: Y1 P! q
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆3 L+ a/ t$ U2 b9 b
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
2 d& v7 I/ R: n0 C1 ?: V
) ?- A4 a% F$ `- {' e ?! n) M上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。0 G- ^$ u" C& ?; ]7 f9 M
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!: i( g W* T7 Q4 \3 d$ U
' b0 O! v& C$ o心臟科醫師說，" N5 d/ ?/ S8 W' X" t2 k3 J
A cardiac surgeon says :
