T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。* ^/ L* f5 u! v
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
- {- D' L$ r6 m0 ^，e..g. The weather is sunny today. C6 }% K( `4 \6 G4 L8 e
* J- r8 W, O' N9 q/ t! m- ]9 k" ^8 dR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
5 A9 k4 ^# \. _8 ~& W3 H+ s- u! W, OAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time

注意 Note：
; y( o, G2 D% Q3 Z- P# [另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆. O( b, r% u4 B' j( H( s4 ^
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
- k5 z B. z0 S* [6 A6 G! Z1 {" l. i 6 } t8 P% F( _
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。( N s0 u+ w% |* M: X
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
