! j: D5 t) p2 }* [T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
/ f$ F: K! D4 ?( m4 x& l8 _- [' S; QRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
5 n5 P" [; ` z+ L8 ]8 _，e..g. The weather is sunny today.% `# _8 X3 e- u5 F6 ?
* A+ p* E' M) E4 X( x) T1 ]R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
3 O# @! q# I" r O( G: sAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
5 Y& S( g) N, P% M/ a! m- f7 P
% ]$ f' p K" Q& l9 V" \: N注意 Note： o+ n3 d: S( }0 v
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆$ _8 H3 ^2 |) l" l7 ?" u* V" R1 H
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

! H. f( ^) M2 t; R6 ?# G$ Y9 H- [上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。5 C2 Q: I& M% z, ~; b/ ` k$ t
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!8 Y7 L+ t% ^/ s9 g, i5 Y% b
