6 J0 b( o9 C* y2 @4 LT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。, u. u7 a |4 J" ~! X: W' V1 _
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
' F/ b! W- c' z2 z0 v" r: \: E，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
! e7 r- u9 m5 j. X& h: g' x$ V
L: D9 X* H" U4 ^6 [R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
! D! N% O, X" WAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time9 P/ z: X+ l6 Y
3 U X- V2 T7 o注意 Note：+ A* `4 {4 S: J" C. w- R; f$ Y
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆2 R5 }% D" w. z1 w
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
! V! J @+ }1 `- N0 j, H. e, E
9 {- m0 J& |: p& j# n% c上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
9 T* d% a( j' \Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!; P: q! W4 K. @& y& P* } t
: z9 l8 ]! U4 J3 c% W3 N心臟科醫師說，: D( ?: ?/ Z- j1 M# x
