T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。, N$ [2 O0 c- o+ ^
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
4 @, p* ~! m a. }( _，e..g. The weather is sunny today.9 G4 z. s$ Y4 q6 g1 X; u6 N$ [

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手( T& m+ U R' h' B+ Z; J7 B
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time* E& w2 s# x! }/ D

另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆1 r! m4 L) R% {. o
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.# v) c8 W& O) N1 O/ a4 F
. D/ H' O7 W) ^
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。- ]- Z9 A; f" ? h# ~: {3 p
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!, `7 f# _- |, z- \4 L- N
