有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

8 A0 _) |3 W# z& t: k, U. x5 v6 WAsk the patient to smile

# K" T. U6 ^  c: Q* YT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
/ l- w8 x( u, m% z: C) DRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
: ?' u, {& `6 Z- s' J+ |: `* j，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
% d; S& {% ?5 o) B8 r3 DAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
% L5 Z5 y( y( n- L' V7 j1 Q   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
7 i, C* i1 a3 C0 P: F/ C$ V' uOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
5 q1 x2 y5 M8 M, A9 W" I# [   
4 Z+ T6 _0 O3 t" K/ I7 {4 l3 Z  }上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

心臟科醫師說，
A cardiac surgeon says :

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
