有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，
A friend once fell down suddenly in a BBQ party.

Later on, her husband called to tell these friends,

她被送到醫院，傍晚六點，就過世了，

( d. ?6 b8 f# v% v* [- r& O% d不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
, H+ @% }- X) e+ tYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.

身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
5 h0 O- }  g8 {( b. P醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
% {! ]8 a- {( w3 U  P4 dA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
% n1 H6 m: I6 Z! R% T8 W   
就可以辨識中風：
9 U5 b- P" k" X$ T7 ]! \It is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
  c/ m! P5 ~3 _. X) xS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
2 a3 k( W( _+ A# K/ r  pAsk the patient to smile
1 ]' b! e' }/ G   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
* B& w8 M6 n. g/ X$ K，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

# G1 p" T7 q& s% i; o  F. pR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
4 x8 r1 E, u: HAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
( u+ e% ?) k, ?& S3 E3 n! [- u0 |# M   
2 Q$ t- r) x3 z- o/ J9 |注意 Note：
  [& C, r1 J1 r/ n/ P6 U+ ]另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
9 F0 I8 l& y  h) f/ h  K% i上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
   
& ?$ r8 S+ y! o" w7 ^. Z心臟科醫師說，

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
