Ask the patient to smile

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
! `/ Q. U* k$ x# K& |1 K) [2 @Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
$ H$ U/ ~/ N( k# X7 E, v" Z1 v- s* R% _，e..g. The weather is sunny today.; E9 c8 r& i9 ~$ z. ?0 C
& o7 U1 V3 t. s$ Z! k/ PR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
) z$ E2 l3 g6 R( \5 \Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time. A$ {' v( e' \, E$ i9 E& ~
; d& O, j" l9 k! p2 r; }6 v注意 Note：* ~) @' @+ M7 B9 E. P: R, ]
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆0 _2 o% e) k. Y; t5 W0 H( v; a
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.0 e& |- r% q' j f0 _: I
( K; M0 q1 S! ?$ N1 d上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。* a2 S2 d" p) n5 ?$ U! p) O
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
