T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
! T5 G/ |4 E5 NRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)& @ U# S: y2 F8 `
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.) b$ {3 M2 E, U0 x$ ~4 ^
, P8 W/ e" j7 AR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手9 ?' f% P+ a/ a5 ?3 ^4 W
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time5 ~+ @0 ^" W& F8 V/ W
! B2 g; h/ D; e9 x# \/ [0 e
注意 Note：
- a/ o" \1 Q0 y+ o: P& ]* i另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
- G8 x8 q% `# l! [One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.' R5 ?$ h* O' ^
4 r k( G- B( Q' j: z( \0 A: Y% y$ g上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。2 d+ t$ a( I/ t% X* s/ h! n
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!+ a( O$ z P9 { g3 i
