R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
1 H! _) `; N0 n2 i' ]0 p" J$ eAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time: O; \9 {2 } Q: i) Q3 N

注意 Note：
* Q; i8 i1 N& A Q) C2 i9 r5 e另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆2 d# b+ g& E1 ] }' F. \0 q- h8 g
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

/ c+ o+ y; k e5 O3 G; |: |上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。: d, k$ `2 A H" _$ L
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!4 `5 {/ T. Q- j/ {+ n; B
