有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
9 `2 c- ?9 n3 `' DIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。

Ask the patient to smile

; X1 p: N- T& d1 S+ p* \: KT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
7 a0 T) u. F, Y) I6 w6 PRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
$ d+ Z' h" C- P# Z( [9 t* _( t，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
  k: v0 @! u. x0 @4 Y5 D   
* t: G# `1 {) ^' @9 mR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
. j+ C. c4 p1 N# p3 k5 E; JAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
" j2 w0 v. o; r& z7 d0 H% l   
注意 Note：
5 y! W+ X( j& D; o, I1 z, h8 W6 I另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
: R$ l, n" h- ~3 v7 C) q   
4 i( m+ F- G1 S) f; q* {1 r, h6 q上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
