Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)

; g- E* t3 K0 U0 v6 t # y* u+ \8 ?+ Z7 c$ o
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手/ l6 X8 z# W: B# S
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
! w- O, n2 S( y- {* I: }
9 @" ^0 H% T2 U9 `) w5 H H @注意 Note：
9 y: b- _$ K) ?另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
3 @1 `: f) `6 L, eOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.8 R2 F8 Y( ~% {; E
6 [; H1 E# N0 E% o上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。( R; g- y) n2 x9 L
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
