Ask the patient to smile

0 ~: S% m" x1 g# M. Y$ ^! hT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。% Z& Y- n, M, L Z3 Y# s0 p
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)5 {$ ]9 |0 T( u. m5 x
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.( ]& V- e' a" K; C' b
' a: D L. o+ e# y( j$ zR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手3 E0 d. L$ H B5 t; H
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time. n+ |: W; `& V( m: o- ~0 n1 L
, e4 G! r; n& g% ~ A
注意 Note：
T& u) v) v6 o, S$ e另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆- G u# `7 F% |; k; R7 O
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
( o0 G, C+ _$ @* L+ Y' a$ K ) j; g4 @) E" S# I' ^- c
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
' k" _9 u5 U2 ^$ J8 @Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!$ p6 O1 u# A$ t, S2 R1 ^3 N, t
! D& J/ t w9 k; }) c心臟科醫師說，
