T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。

注意 Note：
8 J3 u! r0 l9 g+ u* v2 O$ H9 j另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆 d# Y( \ [" `; q) F% b- V
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.; V+ s0 r1 ?* w. P1 m

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
0 q) w; ^4 o+ ~' k7 uAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!( B$ _: \- q q" T y6 {& c
