有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

9 ^7 i0 ^! W4 K( ySometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
   
+ B4 d. l+ Y  c$ t! X0 c* R不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
& b8 Y( R2 v1 f# x+ g  B身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
( d( [" {* z" p0 c) k$ o4 I1 a  c) [+ q中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
6 i2 g9 C3 i( M% U2 s1 E醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
; S( ~! z/ z6 XA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
. P9 M; J% Z( hAsk the patient to smile
   
+ C' U+ g2 h/ S1 h; b! H$ j) kT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
3 @" E: B+ j  @) cRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
: R# S4 q& s4 F) h; w8 x，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
/ v3 S3 [, O' e  V, s7 \" C   
* T& i5 K* s: M& |R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
" n! v- Z7 G) O* YAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
0 l& A" r. T  a注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
7 F6 C' k( b9 }' k' z. xOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
8 P+ Y3 A% C- f. RAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
