T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
5 ~/ s$ L' S1 ~4 P5 z0 m# ~( cRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)' L h5 o7 w# t) ?! F
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.$ @! {1 i1 i8 U- q8 b; e4 W) u8 x
& a0 b3 ^9 U8 g" S/ Q+ f
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手, M7 F8 h" `" M) V7 K% \
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time& W, D1 t* n; P
. A2 b. y; B: W6 F; b; M* V注意 Note：9 D) p- p: w$ U% _7 y0 @# H
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆8 e: [% W- K8 G% b; `
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.0 d" C: l& w* ^0 o0 B
J1 k- y' C! m4 J上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。7 l# M/ J- w% f7 E( D
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
