T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。8 t: }9 P: n" @+ t& |+ c% A0 g1 {* d
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive) Q. X9 i3 g: `
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.2 V' n1 R1 k( e* n7 Y; z% A7 r8 U

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手* m+ R" N& d! a9 x% H2 e
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time1 B6 Y: v: }3 Y6 C

注意 Note：- v7 C; T1 b ]3 S
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
" W. @) T2 y0 _' {One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.2 d/ G* p2 l9 ~; h* ]
* r- e' z' \7 J' E2 C# H上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
- _2 o- x$ t9 R* O1 N+ b+ SAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
