有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，

醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，

就可以辨識中風：

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
: u: N2 B. E8 l% O( cAsk the patient to smile
: u+ q+ O3 [- P9 Z* T+ k5 e   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
, O9 d6 O" u0 U# H! b# W" o  T0 K0 c   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
' \' s: A0 W; h9 r& d0 z4 ~0 [Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
# e' z: y/ z% x; x   
注意 Note：
/ |$ `7 H; N. [- R* P, Y另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
6 o2 Y) D- [$ [9 A3 x, [上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
- U5 k6 |" e1 C2 j) I3 r5 s; K; LAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

# {* E. _  ^* P' t" Y+ J) D3 `' B( n心臟科醫師說，

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
