S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下

1 E8 u8 L2 V$ v: Y1 TT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
! u0 k. B. y8 `" \0 S7 w6 jRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
2 u& q: E1 a" a ^9 Y8 R，e..g. The weather is sunny today.# b% l, C/ z2 A! j8 K1 F% [

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
+ }* K; s9 g; d2 U2 G: GAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time3 h& W3 C$ M- P; g
0 s2 q9 e1 j g- C2 u1 s注意 Note：
8 H8 }7 p8 i2 Q* H2 [另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
" W2 m V6 Z- T. C; eOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
: V7 o. v6 g0 \" {( h3 J/ T
) Z: W* p7 M3 ?* r) F( e上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。' Y) G# g4 \7 w m$ g6 v1 p, N
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
