Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)9 @6 V1 R% e: A% M7 t% h: y. b
，e..g. The weather is sunny today., S1 K, ?" s' K: S ?& y$ b
8 p# X! j& o0 b M5 A- d0 YR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手5 r- F. s; ?/ b, f. a/ V
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time

注意 Note：
' o$ C, b3 p6 A- Q另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
5 {# L8 U- r' s* X. d( V7 wOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke." J' {8 c% u2 c& p6 c
5 G/ H1 Y' t i) B) C4 H上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
) |2 V5 U. Q/ t. n- S: lAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!! Y; y2 X# P3 S

心臟科醫師說，
