有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，
A friend once fell down suddenly in a BBQ party.

但她很確定自己沒事，只是穿了新鞋被磚塊絆了一下罷了。

Which cause was a stroke to her during the BBQ party.

不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
; I: s8 I( t: U# h! S! gYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.

; S- f1 G) T. ~身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
: j  A% z! }  a   
中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
: A' v' K) U; g! dThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
) x. X* B9 \6 y- bA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
! K" m9 u8 v+ g0 z  |+ X: m6 E   
* l& b1 ^( V+ T2 y  _) `5 K就可以辨識中風：

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
Ask the patient to smile
& V8 I& G7 X" y8 F1 ]# }& w   
( v- c. m5 }* Z; W6 W5 |# fT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
8 t7 t! j) ?; r' \Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

8 I2 x) b" ?9 F0 |% R1 g& k# tR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
5 h: R5 e* E8 JAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
9 e6 r4 L0 x( O* i   
注意 Note：
+ n( c$ B' \& E3 V8 N另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
) o5 O4 g; b6 f0 ?0 ]9 J   
) b6 r) q, n, X: Z# I2 y* J上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

就至少可以救一條命。

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
