R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
% y# Z% {2 m) \! UAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time

注意 Note：- i8 q1 X: f* v1 L) _; p9 Q" ?. C
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆) h0 _; w) l$ E9 G% |% ^- h C4 s
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.) J: Z& ?9 h- y* k) x
5 Z% g, A% p5 @' W/ A: R [- ^& g上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
* C# m# D$ a- e8 t! l0 MAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!" v0 H3 l* ~; Y
