T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
3 L$ L+ N/ p8 j7 K4 i) {Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)& M( C; H* V$ r
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.8 A1 p$ G; i3 w" E+ w
' {# O. p3 m* d5 s( n G KR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
5 n: o% [5 a' C% mAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time8 D* o* O; Y2 j0 O4 i! n/ T# x
, w @4 [! U7 ]- i; u注意 Note：
+ j6 s, v8 b6 O! ?9 n2 y5 X另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
. O2 n7 _; D6 oOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.& u* P4 C6 p ]) G u
( h0 g; ]. B+ n5 [, S1 a4 E上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。* Q W. {# v) k
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!, T4 T3 f6 Z6 v$ L7 Q- u
