有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，
Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,

! [4 `6 N% q2 A8 W: O  [* R不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
- V, }4 M) B+ E" ]% w2 JYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.

身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
. t- K. g+ x3 h0 V" j! ^+ ]  t6 ~   
中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
8 P3 @# k* ^! W# n) u: L$ g0 E1 HThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
   
# _1 D% h  f. ]8 Z* w) v( A- Q: A8 _就可以辨識中風：
9 l8 s0 J; M8 e/ z4 kIt is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
/ d) h- ]* V* B; y; }( dAsk the patient to smile
+ R3 C  H# R; ^! B0 a0 L   
/ J. @, O; t6 O7 _9 A3 r+ F9 mT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
$ G, J" |* \  Q0 @6 A7 g; bRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
) l6 W7 h9 Z+ J) A，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
5 U$ t8 w7 N1 {1 a$ R   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
7 [& m9 c- j  }7 O+ y4 T4 GAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
. S( r1 t& A2 _+ V   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
+ U" |7 z& @. m# ?   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
; K& c: M2 ]/ s8 [2 f+ V5 H4 d; GAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
