有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，
A friend once fell down suddenly in a BBQ party.

While she was still shivering, not standing firm,

身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
$ A, K: T# {4 I' }% o1 A( M. [   
  ?7 Z; c" n1 f7 y1 [中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
9 X% a: W9 P0 L; r4 ~( Q   
就可以辨識中風：
% V) n$ u. m- q# O1 u  vIt is possible to diagnose a stroke.
: h! J9 d6 n/ ^   
0 A0 U. P0 t% tS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
! |2 ]+ N! ~! _8 W. B: M/ A5 z# DAsk the patient to smile
; `% a( G- G- b+ o) Z4 }5 O   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
. L* D& u1 O: M; ^! JRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
) @) x8 d0 M$ F9 c- {  z( a5 L* O，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
6 ^* o2 E; n  m1 ^2 R& p2 e& A   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
! Q8 @- f, _$ s' R& H) h. x: V* w  d   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
" V3 A7 O/ @$ }! x/ aOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
! A+ g, K, q: P0 ^- x   
; ^6 }: A' c5 q5 K1 o  r上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
* u3 a# u9 a$ C& n4 e+ j6 n6 a2 yAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
