T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。3 ?) }6 v. X# \5 i/ o4 c% Q1 p1 y
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
! L: N7 M/ z' v，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
9 b: {6 I4 l" k& s + x2 g) j# b3 h; w( s8 W
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手" S- y0 ?: z1 g
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time, m1 X2 R3 K1 X5 w. ~
+ p" r* s) I, k9 D1 V0 h, {注意 Note：; f: ?! ~ s0 D; \ `
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
- O) ~2 x% [# ^; Y' |One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.' h* s9 K. V. v
4 r; m% \8 f3 w上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。6 M( ?# f$ q; U. p. x+ l
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
