有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，

If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

就可以辨識中風：
It is possible to diagnose a stroke.

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
9 m. v) [+ l4 m( u  H7 a3 \" kAsk the patient to smile
+ q, z/ o* J  L6 j4 |8 _# ~5 j5 I5 w0 A   
0 a( X, n: k5 z8 Q- L3 Y  q8 }T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
2 f- Z2 Y6 Z$ U& c1 k，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

& F4 A4 k1 V' z" b$ s$ ]2 L( rR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
1 [) ^* N: }- W: FAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
3 g" _4 l7 ]6 Z  R   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
. Z% X* b3 D! `One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
+ H  o- Z& Q& T/ D上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

1 U; x4 b3 H6 y5 }' L) @1 f前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
