Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,

Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
# G0 A+ G- ?6 ~/ b中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
' m+ ?; z, N$ ^4 ^" A& V8 vThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
  T, B7 D7 W. _7 K3 L8 X+ B醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
   
8 p( u& K# L! ^0 m' B/ G就可以辨識中風：
3 t7 u- [1 A/ m# a/ @' l5 }It is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
2 s. B1 I  u/ k* vS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
5 f' h/ R0 q0 r3 j) qAsk the patient to smile
   
# m/ e. {; Z8 g- U4 x& VT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
4 w1 B1 q5 X5 n4 X: w, u，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
5 D% T$ ~$ `% D, K5 G   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
) _8 `6 H: @: [0 F' CAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
7 l, _- e: D0 d0 K' q  n注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
1 {* F: G4 t* c8 O) CAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
   
7 t3 Q, b2 B0 d心臟科醫師說，

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
