Key Responsibilities:
- v7 t6 w: t2 j To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
- q4 a0 ^# P2 z2 J To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
+ i$ {  g% y3 c Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
" A$ R' W4 u! i( N+ `0 W Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
0 Y/ y' E4 |% r1 j# D3 @. g1 m5 K Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
