Has the following summer position available: June 1 – August 16, 2005 (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- J/ Y: k* W" |- V: H! L6 d To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
# E5 b# |7 m! x$ }. x8 \- a To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
, |7 k, z0 v% R To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

/ y: s2 [$ W7 a- a% nQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
! T# `- o" U) {" c% _- z* S Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
8 ~; o& q/ ~7 T3 g! Q" U& N Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
