Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
- S/ m$ {- W5 ~1 `6 F: N To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
6 h- c( i6 \8 A( n0 M- @ To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
2 {  ]* A" a* D0 e 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
( n0 o6 g. C' j Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
5 `, B  v/ V, H2 T0 g Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* F! J" q. h& W% c/ ?, ?( d Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
