预算在22万左右，不知可以买到什么样的？

西面我家附近有新建的TOWNHOUSE,广告牌上打的24万起，外表看很不错，双车库，带围栏的小院子，车库上
1 ]' |' d/ @! d% a7 g, [还有个小阳台通向厅里，交通也很方便，几步路就是119路车，一车可到西MALL,买中国菜或换乘其它车都很方便，小区的街对面有SAFE ON FOOD,有兴趣的朋友可去看看，位置在62AV/199ST,我每天上下班经过那，从没进去看过，对内部结构没发言权。

for townhouse, probably u have to increase ur budget a little more.

5 u* F: {9 o1 V$ |! }I went there a couple of times, finally I gave it up because the ceiling is too low and a lot of other things you need to pay. finally I choose condo.
