BIRTH CONTROL PEER GROUP TRAINING

' t) E% ~2 {0 C9 d8 c0 E8 HThis is a peer group training where women will learn more about Birth Control Methods and Fertility, for your own knowledge or to pass on to peers in the community.

& B0 @6 {+ D$ B0 f7 ^( H3 \These small groups (5-8 women) consist of 3 sessions, 2 hours per session.  These groups can take place at an agency you may already be connected with or at the OPTIONS office.

Topics covered include:
        Natural Birth Control Methods
   Barrier Methods
2 v/ P. E! {6 s" h. b  G6 n   Hormonal Methods
                IUD & IUS  and  Surgical Methods
& Q, x, V7 e+ ~" ?3 v                Community Resources and Sexual and Reproductive Rights in
& G! J7 [  N# n; X                 Canada

        These service is free and no immigrant or refugee status is necessary.
