BIRTH CONTROL PEER GROUP TRAINING


  M5 ^  n/ n8 Q7 y* F/ ?% i, SThis is a peer group training where women will learn more about Birth Control Methods and Fertility, for your own knowledge or to pass on to peers in the community.

7 ]5 B' z5 b% K. R- v# dThese small groups (5-8 women) consist of 3 sessions, 2 hours per session.  These groups can take place at an agency you may already be connected with or at the OPTIONS office.

Topics covered include:
        Natural Birth Control Methods
& A4 [" y0 o& \, O+ N2 J6 h   Barrier Methods
   Hormonal Methods
                IUD & IUS  and  Surgical Methods
                Community Resources and Sexual and Reproductive Rights in
                 Canada
& y( A) M7 F4 R/ t. o$ a# p
