请教短登办健康卡的问题？

请问短登两个星期是否有足够的时间办驾照和健康卡？如果可以，都需要哪些证明文件？如果没有银行月结单或账单证明自己的地址，不知用租房合同可以吗？印象中以前办驾照时是可以的。多谢回复！

办驾照和健康卡应该只需要移民纸，地址填朋友家的地址即可。7号牌需要考试，考过后当场给临时卡，过一段时间邮寄给你正是驾照

Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan coverage要求：

All permanent residents of Alberta must register themselves and their dependants with the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan. A permanent Alberta resident is a person who has the legal right to remain in Canada, makes Alberta his/her permanent home, and is present in Alberta at least six months a year.

In order to process an Application for Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan Coverage, you must include photocopies (front and back, if applicable) of documents proving:

Alberta residency; / Z# t! P/ a8 {- ?3 S/ W% F
Identity; and * ?9 F0 O# O" K8 b0 i1 R
Legal entitlement to be in Canada. . ]( s1 [6 ^, ]. T6 H6 V3 J4 Z; R
Examples of these documents are listed below.If these documents are not submitted, an application cannot be processed. Please see below for more information.
Do not send originals as we cannot guarantee their safe return.
Acceptable document examples

1. Alberta Residency
Must show name and current Alberta address, which must be the same as on the application – Current Alberta driver’s licence;
Current Alberta registries ID Card;
Current utility bills for an Alberta residence.

AND

2. Government Issued Photo Identification
Must be government issued identification (ID) which shows your photo, name and birthdate –
Canadian / Non-Canadian passport;
Canadian citizenship card;
Permanent Resident Card;
Federal identification card;
Current Alberta, provincial or territorial driver’s licence.

AND

3. Legal Entitlement to be In Canada
Must be ID which shows your name and birthdate –
Canadian passport;
Canadian citizenship card;
Canadian birth certificate;
Permanent Resident Card;
Canada entry document.

Note: You are not required to provide these documents if you are moving from an active Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan account to another, or are a dependant child.

Application processing You are not covered for medical services under the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan until all the required information is received and your application is processed. However, any medical services you receive and pay for before your application is processed may be reimbursed once you have your personal health card and can show eligibility for the period when you received the services.

The effective date of your coverage will be determined based on the following:

If you move to Alberta from within Canada your coverage begins the first day of the third month following the date you establish permanent residency here;
For example, if you establish permanent residency in Alberta on July 12, your coverage is effective October 1.
If you move to Alberta from outside of Canada your coverage begins on your date of arrival in Alberta, once all registration validation requirements are met.
If the Application for Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan Coverage is not received within 90 days of the date you arrive and establish permanent residency in Alberta, Alberta Health and Wellness will determine the effective date of your coverage.

Documents

To apply for your driver’s license you will have to to prove your identity. You will need to prove your in three ways: who you are, what you have and what you know.

Who you are:
To satisfy this criteria, you must show photo documentation that lists your legal name and your date of birth. At least one of the pieces of identification you choose to fulfill this requirement must prove that you are in Canada legally. This can include a Canadian passport, permanent residence card, or a foreign passport with a valid visa or permit.

Other forms of identification can include a driver’s license from another place, or most forms of government issued photo identification that proves who you are.

What you have:
To satisfy this criteria, you must be able to provide supporting documents proving that other agencies, people or companies have contact with you - and that you live in Alberta. These supporting documents must have at least two data elements, such as your date of birth, your signature or your address.

Supporting documentation can include supporting documentation like a Credit Card (with your signature), bank statements, income tax statements, property tax bill, mortgage bill, etc.

What you know
To satisfy this requirement, you may have to demonstrate that you know your personal details, and have your details checked against any information in the Alberta government’s Motor Vehicles System database.

All your documents must be originals or certified copies. You cannot use a photocopy of a document.
