有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。 5 q; p. \7 w4 Y# i! M! h* L: O( L, k5 P
做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
