5 a& ?$ Z. S& _8 ?- G- n' j6 a' ~We're seeking a highly-motivated, enthusiastic & reliable team player who, working under the direction of the Board of Directors, will oversee community programming & assist with the operation of the community centre.
( s$ L% R( R$ A9 p' Q" }% r# h% T" N- H1 n( _
Responsibilities: oversee programming; facility requirements, advertising, registration and instructor contracts; assist with rentals: advertising, bookings, contracts, inspections and customer service; assist with the development and implementation of a marketing plan related to facility operation; direct staff and volunteers in regards to programs & facility operation.

' C) c4 h8 S0 P! `7 n1 F6 S" vPLUS: write reports/recommend policy around facility operation to the board; develop resources & resource material in the area of community programming & facility operation; plan/implement leisure needs assessment, trends research & public consultation, then recommend strategies to provide enhanced customer service.

Requirements: A post-secondary diploma/degree is preferred. Experience in programming and administration is essential. You have proven analytical and problem solving skills. You must be innovative, creative/work well on your own. 1 t7 B3 \/ R! z8 q8 i7 }
+ i' f" ]( V# Y5 U; Y! ^In addition: you have a strong customer service orientation, demonstrated excellence in interpersonal, collaborative/communication skills, and the ability to work positively-effectively in a team environment.
