Please check Apegga Website. they have a scope of the course:

To write the test in April or OCT
+ k8 v0 x/ y( Ror take course at UA, UC or Asbasca University.

Mine has not got any response yet: I submitted in Aug 2008. Reference check in Aug. I passed the NPPE in Oct 08. So far has no response yet.
