非常好的房子。90年代做的房子质量是非常好的，真材实料。旧房子主要担心窗子旧了会漏暖气，但如果能负担70多万，换全部的窗也不是什么问题。小黄推荐的这家，窗好像是换过的。

Location is good , price is good; Is it eagleridge subdivision? The only downside is : I heard of underground water problem(too much) in this area, especially that close to the river.

To avoid potential water problem in basement, go for higher ground such as Macgrath, Terwillegar Town/Gardens etc.
