Providing application and environment training to other SSD Operations employees, primarily other Application Support Analysts and Customer Support Specialists

Diploma or certificate in the Computer Systems field plus 4 or more years of practical experience in application support and/or software development
$ ^( Y& J" g0 Q, ?4 o1 `% x0 fExperience using standard development and/or enhancement methodologies 1 Y1 i& [1 n/ F; @& e
Detail-oriented, strong analytical ability, exceptional trouble-shooting skills
0 \' p% \: b7 W2 O/ G: M' wStrong organizational skills; must be able to juggle a number of complex tasks at once 3 E7 J0 i6 H8 d0 h
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal as incumbent will be gathering requirements and presenting solutions to clients, both internal and external to SSD.
