Is it a specific kind designed to hold air like a balloon? where it is available ?

3 ]' F( {/ v2 ^, @1 f0 s" L+ UMy husband seals the plastic layers himself, then use a small fan to blow air between the two layers. The plastic can only be bought at Horticulture supply stores.
