Is it a specific kind designed to hold air like a balloon? where it is available ?

5 W9 ~% E8 v0 r: \) V0 WMy husband seals the plastic layers himself, then use a small fan to blow air between the two layers. The plastic can only be bought at Horticulture supply stores.
