Recently learned from this forum, a lot of people have been looking for/viewing/purchasing a house, wonder if everyone knows, other than location, sq footage and age, there are other factors that make a house priced differently from the rest. Hope someone will share what they know. I think it would help those who are in the hunting process.

1. 50 years warranty singles vs 25 years ones. / }6 F2 M7 r1 X4 h K+ ]3 z2. garage w/concrete foundation vs. those w/footings. 6 u- K' I$ r7 ~- C5 {8 \1 t3. wider stairs vs. standard one (36"). $ K M6 |+ J- V2 }. X( E4. Steeper roof pitch vs. normal roof.+ H0 Z# C/ d7 N
5. Cathedral ceiling vs. 8 ft ceiling. + w; H5 ]4 G* ~4 w X6 Y6. .................
A all hardwood flooring may not be practical, new products are coming out everyday, cork flooring may be another option; more nice designs/patterns show up in the recent 2 years.
