I lived there for 5 years.- ^) q# A, W* C: \6 b: q
During these years, I had encountered the following issues:' A6 u, h# g/ l* n5 @
- flood due to waste water pipe fracture, water entered my apartment and soaked the drywalls and carpets. 1 month after the flood, repair workers entered my apartment to do the repair work, the work was on and off for 1 month(they just knocked the door the once and used the key to enter!)
" c4 s. |& T- a4 d& ?- elevator from parking to lobby was out of service for 1/2 year due to the flood (I had to walk 6th floor). I made complaint to management, they replied they don't have enough money to fix it! All they could do is let me go without penalty to break the contract.' Z( g' O( e; V0 T- N2 Z8 y
- no hot water in winter mornings (happened so many times!)

- very poor in house management
# j& Y( E2 e0 k9 K- G for example: we got a new place and scheduled to move on a Saturday. 1 month before move and booking the mover, I formally wrote a letter to the management stating my moving date and time since I need to use the freight elevator. 1 week before the move, I tried to confirm with the management. They told me the time slot was booked by someone and they didn't have any record of my booking! I argued with them, the mangers at that time (the guy named BrXan and the woman named SuXan) tried to force me out of the office. The guy was trying to PUSH me (I am just a little Asian girl and he is a big guy)! I reported this to their manager in Calgary and finally the area manager fixed the problem for me. But it took me so many phone calls and gave me very bad experience. At the end they never apologized for what they have done!
