是不是没有不允许 U-turn 标志 的地方都可以 U-turn？

U-turns

: _4 u, Y1 T2 D3 _6 }Do not make a U-turn unless you can do it safely and without interfering with other traffic.
6 l7 z: R3 N! q7 q2 Q1 HOutside urban areas U-turns are not permitted on a curve or near the crest of a hill where the driver of another vehicle cannot see your vehicle.

U-turns are not permitted in urban areas in the following situations:
/ E1 h8 T8 x+ \; \* _! l/ F9 f) sOn a roadway between intersections.
Where a sign prohibits making a U-turn.
- C0 Y4 v. s0 C) \8 Q6 s1 lAt an intersection controlled by a traffic-control signal (traffic lights).
At an alley intersection.
