Drill Bit Repair Technician
$15.00/hour starting wage
Temporary to permanent position
International oil & gas company
South side of Edmonton

$ u+ T8 y- e& C0 r' F( z6 T# c. N. MAs a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
. j% b, r5 |9 {4 K' ?6 @& ?*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
8 z; W1 O( E! ^/ M( G1 A& M*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
% }8 F% J. [" Z/ a* @*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)
3 ~6 ?, ?7 S) v* p5 R2 c3 [$ d
* @+ _6 \- f+ rThis position offers:

Requirements:
*Minimum Grade 12 or G.E.D. equivalent
*Reliable vehicle is required
1 K: j- B( y; \" j*PC literate in Windows 95/98 and Microsoft Office 97
$ l" j5 `( Q: A9 {- m" W*Proven team player with a positive attitude
*Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
. x" w  o) T0 [7 y4 z! O1 v*Machining and welding experience an asset
*Knowledge of drilling operations an asset
) V% o) o& i  y) D1 U3 m- u*H2S and First Aid certification an asset
