landmark不错，Home by AVI 的房子看着挺漂亮。其他西南区还见到过Challenger，Bedrock，Hillview，aeropolis等

Peacesetter 的口碑好像一般。朋友买的新房，builder给做的rough grade，很敷衍，没有通过city的检查
