% Z$ {( F6 @( b" s3 L) CWe are seeking an organized self starter to support plant and field maintenance for assigned production equipment. Work shifts available are a 5-2 or 4-3 rotation (depending on the individual's preference). On-call duties are covered on a rotational basis.

0 r, b2 K# b* d- w" A" IJob Duties / Responsibilities
# r8 z  q! q% H) w0 F• Perform routine day to day and emergency maintenance activities on electrical equipment;
! P2 ~! ]6 C( }8 X# y& n9 l* |6 V• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support on equipment in a timely manner;
• Work individually or together with other skilled trades on planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs;
; B0 n2 g; k% s7 ?) h2 J3 E• Work with engineering and construction groups on the design, construction, and commissioning phases of new projects;
• Assist in the planning, execution, and start up phases of area turnaround activities;
) ^3 N: ?' m0 B, D% ^• Assist with the development of short and long term maintenance strategies and plans;
• Strive to keep current on emerging technologies;
• Ensure all electrical drawings are kept up to date, reflecting changes made in the field;
• Ensure strong commitment to safety and environment on all work performed;
• Ensure industry and corporate standards are followed on all installations;
5 j( L* }4 b# K• Participate in the Process Safety Management programs in the areas of HAZOP, Equipment Integrity, Risk Management, Operating Procedures, Management of Change, and Incident Investigation;

Education / Experience
• Minimum of 5 years oil and gas electrical maintenance experience;
• Journeyman Electrical Tradesperson certification;
• Dedicated team player;
• Strong problem solving skills;
6 W1 \, i) R' h- r. l* j' k• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
9 v6 V0 ^# j- s6 d" z• Good PC knowledge.

我在国内的工厂里做了十几年的电气工程师，在大学读的是电机专业。（哈尔滨电工学院电机专业，79届）。2006年8月份考了个电工证。在多伦多的一家工厂做了一年半的设备维护工作。去年8月至今，在Edmonton西边的一家工厂做电工。
