Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

) Q; j" `$ F7 |' n8 E4 F: A6 D• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
' m- u  x, }* f7 H0 X/ e& ddistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right

" I$ o# I/ f4 f; I6 n1 ]- N• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
4 Z* S) r) N$ Q" S; x• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
% P: A% ^: Y/ D& G+ Y$ h& \5 ~! j• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
' N0 {! |' o2 _9 X" l% H• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
: U7 }, b) T" g3 k: m' v! C  A( K• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
! t/ [/ Z+ ~, `) |• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
  q7 R- o6 q; J$ W7 Y' E• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
4 Q  D) x. m4 Z• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
, y' x" A0 a, e5 _) Uresolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
& i! p8 b  }" c% n2 ?• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- \+ e" }8 W/ O$ N) x) _• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
# X9 _1 J9 w. F6 ]2 Z. {: e" e$ a• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
/ L( n# f) H! b, q• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
$ Y- c/ _. G- L! w3 q• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
' F) @% W& t; O- ^6 l. X• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
0 c* M  j# _9 f% b• Grade 12 / GED.
% Z/ ^* D* L) B  c5 G- B. a( m• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
( e, S/ @4 l6 i2 r• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
! ?- j- b' ^- R7 j  y' S• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
