Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an

• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right# W+ I9 T: ^/ ]) h6 X! i. a

• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
/ r- b8 _2 G/ }• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
5 G; _, y: r. ]: n1 S• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
S4 w7 Z/ B C, \8 O. L7 ]) S• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
, B9 m9 ?3 K9 t+ @( T5 `• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
, P/ t" Y1 O8 }( r h; {* ^• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
& N) ]! m# w1 z4 c. M! j• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.* @' E7 @4 k. {4 F% j
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
( z9 _& [' O. n: C• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. 5 W( q5 Q. R6 {
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
3 ]1 a. x" U3 V. l/ G- l• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.7 ?4 h, |3 _) F' D3 k1 r* d/ K
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.' T, A0 C4 P4 v- |9 R& Q% |- s
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.1 m( i! p9 u O- W! w6 P
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.# j3 e- l1 R9 V! l" R4 U
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
" Q7 |4 k; C' e& Aresolution.$ P H K- ] [ `: y/ I5 w
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
: J0 d/ G% d0 d' ^7 j• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.5 a2 k8 _, f9 G
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.4 {/ j1 D2 {4 N
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order./ ]# L, ?5 B6 M6 C. ~' Q5 Y
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
F6 u( n/ v7 \3 ^8 u9 H) ~* o• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner 2 h2 I6 \2 {0 v6 c3 e
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups). , A' w4 B2 t' O1 j7 q* k, p, n$ D
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
6 i- p% k! q+ z- k! t• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
b G' F6 Y3 L6 B( F• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
3 N: R+ x3 a0 m9 z; v• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
/ O( s# F+ J1 n/ p6 x4 a7 ?• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions. 0 i4 S1 `7 @* r* w9 o
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
9 u9 E1 Y5 K2 y0 {* o2 G; n• Grade 12 / GED.
, @) ]$ t+ r, v y7 ^• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. ; _4 {- q6 |0 U! ^, C2 e
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
, p! N8 m+ x9 {• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. ! B! p6 E1 k: a, s; f2 j1 J0 |" c
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. : r" t$ U/ B$ K4 p, u/ R
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.$ n u4 N7 q! v9 W4 Z/ w1 {
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
