Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.
+ f& s6 P2 o" ~. p5 L7 r8 Z• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
4 R; O9 Z5 }- @9 A• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
- G8 X  R; Z: t8 Z; Y, L• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
9 @% K& I8 M8 n. b! d7 L• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
  h  r$ ~! _' _• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.

+ [3 D9 m; }: s/ L• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

- a/ `% c) F* X8 j* Y• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
: c) i$ t* b1 z; l& _3 f  O) L• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
% Y. C, j; K7 G7 I" f: S  \• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
, a' b& X  ^/ s* g6 K- R• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
. _# O6 F: m5 w8 H• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).

6 B. s- {( ^8 W$ c• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
6 \& O; c  E0 l- e: s% [% |1 w- W• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
. t/ r) }4 M" |- V& w• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
. z1 p( l0 c7 S. s- L! F8 ]" T• Grade 12 / GED.
$ B$ `% ?7 `/ p9 z5 y• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
& q% l, k4 J0 W• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
8 d9 M5 ~! k; ^- v7 T; o5 j3 x• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
