• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.) D: c. D& f7 `& s5 _) H9 [
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
8 E- o8 _1 | d+ { S, ~• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
) [7 O4 _ |9 y, q; U X: h• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.0 j0 v3 e: r% r; d6 p
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. ( E3 b- a& y8 U
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. - p. X) f/ [2 S" S7 @* F5 W$ K
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
! [4 O' e) L* m0 B( ~! B8 H• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user." z# v5 r! e/ @+ t* K/ \
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.

• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.

• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
1 \" b" g( T& I) A* L• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.' \, _ e# Y$ r3 p W8 g3 z
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
- w$ J8 e8 M) j• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
g: |; J& g, z) I3 p• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
) E: Y! E$ Z, n( q! s P. a• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. 4 e% s6 b& t+ W8 z# P, c
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
. B- Y* ^# Z1 v2 h; }/ Z0 L" F0 C+ f• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment . l$ ?* F' }! E8 i/ G* D) z
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
0 k6 L# H0 q3 X* H6 E4 p/ }• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.& L7 T0 T. W' g2 L: I
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.6 G! U" Q, Q/ f# o) n- X2 M1 B
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions. ; z# X- P% T/ O" m
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

2 ?2 N; F3 R& }" `. t8 h, T• Grade 12 / GED. . V5 I# w5 v% X7 f
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
/ n5 d5 [) x* N$ g% s• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 9 N x3 a0 p0 u/ f$ h/ G
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. ; L$ Y1 p9 X6 `& {6 Q7 \, R
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. 6 C- |* S" l; D4 n* L' D2 ^
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
2 N9 y3 y: Y% o- m0 C, W5 X% T3 u1 M• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
