• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
- U0 V5 Z5 `6 z" V• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
# `) G& V0 W1 f) a/ x• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. 0 T$ [' {: v W0 }! Q7 M0 o
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.* O/ Q5 i& c2 G0 p; J- C4 v1 O
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.

• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.9 U1 A6 E! q3 u$ O8 h
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.' Q& i$ ?) d; |$ m1 p+ @. u s
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
) o0 e9 g5 _: t/ |• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
/ K5 P; J/ f. W• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
4 F. _) k9 s, Y( \1 i- Y• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.' Y0 Q8 l& q3 l& q8 E- X4 z$ C: N
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions. ' }7 ]8 A- e. r9 d
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
& l4 K$ N7 b+ t( N• Grade 12 / GED. & S: S$ y( y7 C" Z
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. ' k) N5 N) i- v0 K6 `
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
3 @! i8 f( S3 s8 s# `• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
: y9 ]& K+ ~, }; C4 m, J0 x• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
4 ]: [4 a/ J' D; X: Z& L• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
, h2 [6 E3 t$ p/ f/ Z/ H( t* t• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
