Job Description:
! b( g- c0 f* q$ j* O; WSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
) u$ e9 b) L9 d" v* pSell merchandise to customers
2 f( U: ]+ u/ {6 m& m- Z( X; w4 X7 PResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
7 u; n: D$ q7 N/ P# yMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
% m! u" _7 H) B: W% u# d, r! xPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
3 r+ {8 P* [' ]8 ]) gHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
