Job Description:

Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules 0 J$ B5 G* x% K: F- @
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
* T# V5 n, B8 a; T/ tSell merchandise to customers / s% D; f" Y8 V! n
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages + s# m( A s# t, j
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise ; a: R4 A1 F$ I9 `) |
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters $ Z1 D0 i, a/ n" l$ E7 f3 a
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
