请问申请PNP，Pre-assessment是已经开始审核了么？

我有了PN File Number，是不是就是所谓的File No呢？

PN File Number is the file number that used in Alberta PNP office
) y9 F/ o" ?3 {2 `; e9 h7 S9 L( S
# K# V: x" o7 m: ^0 ?When you submit your application to CIC, you will get another file number which should begin with "B"
