We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

1 p$ O/ ~% P! k0 T" y" \Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
& D7 P6 r. U) Y% q        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
. a4 O/ X3 ]! a" i        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

$ r; h! o) \' d4 s* m- l/ TOther requirements:
" b- b' n" b9 h+ h! }; v        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
, f/ j8 ]+ s6 K/ ~# e* R- ^        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
6 G& q9 y$ E% f1 L        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
3 s1 f! v! f6 t" Q, N        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
