We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
1 Q' N# D+ ?1 P0 H        University Degree, or
1 @: G! R! K7 J5 {        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
# J: m; J! y8 \& _6 H        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
% |5 Y' [7 T  @. H1 x4 o        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
0 Q* V' W. w8 g* r' X        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
