- i5 I9 G$ w3 h+ pWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

5 e* N) B& J* t, n% ]( ~Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
. m7 T: j8 x! P$ o        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
' H% w# P! a1 Y+ R        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

+ A8 f' R! Y# J$ EOther requirements:
! N2 L2 _* g& V& m$ Q+ Y8 ?+ @        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
5 H, B1 ?( p) V: W! O3 O" l/ E        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
. M  f$ o. j1 M+ E8 M' b8 t        General building management;
! O( J: A: I: z- v/ U& p/ e        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
! a, Y/ R6 \1 U: ~        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
