We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.9 @6 K, X& F" U8 J: M
* b& s+ h' l/ }2 nEducational requirement:
! y6 b9 I! C9 E$ |+ g University Degree, or
0 q$ B/ U) j0 j# ^9 @- x Post-Secondary education with specialization in a relevant discipline, or2 `' j9 B0 f* N. O$ u
 A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.% H: T3 |! Y& U. e8 u. W
# T: ^4 x6 F* M
Other requirements:7 u! Y9 x- H, R9 Q2 J
 Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
) V( ^2 \4 \3 w7 r4 N5 m Staff supervision and human resources experience;2 a4 }+ _ P- T& k7 ?/ T
 Budget preparation and financial reporting;. A4 I! Z5 \8 q% y; a
 Procurement and service contract management;" c. Y* H" O; L
 General building management;
5 K1 ~( o/ H! B% V Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
, N( g# k' S2 m% p& f1 O; J3 c Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
