1 s# C) P- Z- E) G+ D' w, G- EWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.
& T( g& K6 `' n9 f- T# a$ ]
Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
, ]$ R* n% B, Y* H! }, f        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
8 o) n; r8 S# j, p' v- ~        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
1 f  C5 \! ?2 Y( Q        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
6 X# j4 z1 c' G8 @7 Z! ?        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
0 \  x4 a! x# b3 ^+ ?        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
