out of province inspection and modification

I have an United States vehicle and need to have out of country and out of province inspection, and some modifications. I went to Ford Dealer, and they told me that the modification of daytime running lights need to around CAD 600.

# ]6 c! f+ G3 {% u0 NAnother question: Could someone recommend a good Ford Dealer or other shop that can do good mechanic job and also the price is much more reasonable?
