The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources./ K; I" w- O% V  x

  J' V1 D" E  i9 [! D$ f' XWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.  D: d$ l* K- r: V+ l9 A) r

Position Summary* h! E, F7 j* w8 v) P
8 l% p2 o! q, k3 q  G$ _: o) E8 n1 W$ w
•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations - u. i4 X, h, I( h7 @
•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings 1 G! R# [% D) P& R
•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
1 N! P7 s6 l! y) T7 N& D- E: |•        Promoting TBL products and services # A% Y$ x' B, a0 g
•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance 4 q# W0 w6 y8 |$ T+ a
•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables 9 H; z/ v9 J5 y5 D) V  B: C5 ^# W+ }
•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta * X; b! C# A+ o
•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
1 u5 T: _6 q0 P•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program 3 ]' O  b9 `) Q5 z4 J( \
•        Arranging catering for various meetings
8 Z9 F) J/ X, u5 j# E•        Opening and closing of The Business Link Office 2 N9 p! q9 ?- {0 w9 p1 @
•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

•        Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience ! u/ n/ v9 \# H7 s! J
•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling: Y  T# c3 e  P% o
•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.3 q. U9 v( ?4 l( v  l4 N9 K

3 V1 I6 @+ G4 H! m; e) u0 b        Strong work ethic
! x( `  a: y6 V  Z        Professional, diplomatic and  self-starter& }3 \+ S% [/ V/ Y
        Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

        Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization

        Continuous learning is essential to perform job effectively
