5 |0 O M/ r: n- h! ]3 C0 G3 N; SWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.& q5 w& k) ?* C1 j; i, P# f& \

Position Summary

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations & ?. A M. r3 p: C
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
* b* u* i( V0 M( }8 m; P+ P" O6 f! q• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach / z" K1 p- w! @" h6 w4 p
• Promoting TBL products and services
* B' n( a9 h8 ^5 J7 O1 ~• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance : u5 d3 q- s' F5 }# D
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables 3 I; m9 H9 I$ ]) g: t3 Y
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta
/ P7 Y3 \" U9 E* b• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry

• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times % t. ^& t o+ E
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
0 e2 {5 M q/ M5 a+ _5 z" H7 l• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
2 b) f5 m2 _- ]% J• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
