We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

Position Summary

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations _' B4 |( K0 h0 T
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings $ |- D" T& K( c! N5 ^5 F1 e; F
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach 6 M p P1 G) ] y9 U
• Promoting TBL products and services $ v5 ~& G2 j4 m, c+ |' t& Y$ H2 B
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
6 T* i M$ v$ i- d• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
7 _ v7 I$ _8 {• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta

• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program % k* B' Y0 [; A6 v
• Arranging catering for various meetings
) n! a0 p* p' I* q• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office 0 f8 T0 I" y# ~! h, y
• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
