Job Duties / Responsibilities
# Q% H5 n! W9 a" s. r• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
# N+ I7 A: G) v- k( a9 G• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.4 B8 O+ b' Y- O
• SAP match reporting and monthly management/ r' j; S1 ^$ j9 z. g
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.5 R6 M4 v1 P- |+ u1 c
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
6 f' K5 C4 Q5 ^ k• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.. c. X9 H( o2 Q+ X- ^. s( f/ Q
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.( @ o4 E6 J1 k& Z& _. l3 f
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Grade 12 or equivalent
4 d% z: {; W6 [& g, A; \• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
1 X, q. Y) D8 E! w' `• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
, r8 H7 }' H0 p• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater# H+ a) g' Y. H' ]" g& a. O
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. ; Q* L$ X4 G1 z5 ]# i. B7 J' x
• Attention to detail is required.
