Job Duties / Responsibilities2 J( q2 |6 G) s$ E: b" S2 A' D8 j
• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.. U" T3 Z/ L. t+ t7 ^" g7 Q
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.) E: P8 ~, c2 n+ W7 ]/ _
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
2 E4 X8 o. \1 \3 Q7 H/ y• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.- |9 u- {+ [2 s4 U2 i# b  o) g6 x: `
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
; e& E' x' B6 Y• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
5 C) P, Y6 X) h/ C8 l+ X• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.+ o( r5 k. R  p% L" X9 g
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
' a# }; k+ z2 d+ [• Order business cards as required.$ q  Q, ~9 K/ `  y; ?& f
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)8 ~  l! W/ W. S! f7 w
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons." r$ k4 a1 W' ?3 N9 F
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.! j9 ]8 t* N7 p! x8 s
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
- w2 e' G7 [! K/ A, Y1 W! v& O4 e• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

Education / Experience& ]  _  I4 w  T9 Z4 B
• Grade 12 or equivalent
6 r/ S+ X6 I3 U- B2 i1 q5 i• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)8 o) x) C! M& S9 z
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
8 S7 W' j# e. g* V0 \• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
  ~; b3 K* A4 }+ |. f' M1 a• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
8 m, _' l0 C* ^& S# l• Attention to detail is required.
( V9 S& u6 M: r• High level of customer service skills is a must.
. E' u/ d  q; t  U' ?• Good planning and co-ordination skills.  e3 T# ]: t( \/ C& ?
• Shorthand/Word processing skills.

• Prior work experience with SAP is an asset.
