• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
( Z% k( V; n3 x/ u$ Q• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.) P0 f9 a, i' R8 j: J
• SAP match reporting and monthly management

• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
+ i& l5 D/ H4 ^8 Q# M& a• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.4 A3 u% c6 c/ Q4 ^ p1 v' x% V
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training( K! Y ~; E1 @) |* ^7 e: b

Education / Experience
, G" m# G: L% f• Grade 12 or equivalent

• 3-5 years of related administrative experience

• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
