Job Duties / Responsibilities- q/ n1 O$ A' ^. Z7 U
• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.) f E: N( ^; H1 ^
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports./ a% t! O! o6 C( r, o
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
$ Y2 `; m3 o" K: s( k6 b: L) e• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.# @. }6 e f/ h: f
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
8 q1 y/ B6 a% _/ \& D1 z• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
7 i) v( ~- D, a: |( @• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
" p# r% [1 A( l/ x• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
; H# l- ~, B r- L8 \* i7 u- O• Order business cards as required.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

Education / Experience
; w) Z6 t) g9 q7 @5 I6 H• Grade 12 or equivalent( R8 v$ A7 X& M! ~) x, S! J, E
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)0 V) C* f3 J# J- B$ P
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience! ?# U0 E: O9 H( I
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
- Z; s% ]5 R5 `* [• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. : d2 E) j5 s. y+ i% C& V- Y2 k+ P

• High level of customer service skills is a must.
