• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
! r3 n3 u- `+ R$ z I# h, S• SAP match reporting and monthly management0 Y6 G( k7 N, m j* w
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.& F0 l( S& l+ k9 q4 u
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Order business cards as required.

• Grade 12 or equivalent

• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
; u. W) b% |# s- i• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
