/ b4 @7 z8 p2 J) G5 z4 q/ i• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.- ^7 P( x3 H" I1 a# I
• SAP match reporting and monthly management: L+ P3 d P. S4 P6 x% o5 w/ _- R' N
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies. q- k% {' w5 |$ R4 p
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
+ _, Y/ {6 c; H! V! _; X, W2 W+ E• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.5 S2 }; w9 Q( T. |; ^
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

) d" M- H, u8 A- Q) F& D• Grade 12 or equivalent
: w: y- M1 a7 g5 }/ j2 a n2 v• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)1 ~+ c7 b, i+ r9 C$ ~) P8 q& U- J
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
( X& L; c7 h- z• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater- a, p0 `* ]5 u i z( q% T
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. ( ^5 p1 v6 x5 V- v# ~
