• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.) E: P8 ~, c2 n+ W7 ]/ _
• SAP match reporting and monthly management

• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
; e& E' x' B6 Y• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

• Grade 12 or equivalent
6 r/ S+ X6 I3 U- B2 i1 q5 i• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)8 o) x) C! M& S9 z
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
8 S7 W' j# e. g* V0 \• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
