+ Z1 l, N1 ?" W! _/ H3 CC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

• Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
9 F+ `- ~9 y! @ T$ a1 w• Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes; 1 B1 A$ I1 }$ p3 F2 t) h4 Y, B. Y
• Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
! i0 }* k1 i# n8 V• Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing; , ]- n4 r' {$ X5 S) h3 ]
• Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes; n t0 P. d6 z7 J. l" N9 t5 }( N
• Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort; 6 [0 T" t) }" c- A
• Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere; ) N" P& H& r% P; d; \
• Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis; ; J% R- P, [* U5 L: p0 O& r
• Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
! J+ t1 B5 E+ w" ^0 X• Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
( Q% S! b! @, l1 V. {Mandatory Requirements:- p, E* }, B( ?
• 3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
l8 K9 C3 M% l7 \• 4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
, q* {" M- }0 F) n! ^• 3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
H F/ b* J: a0 M8 }, x. K7 j• 3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.) e( q* }) V3 L( J* o0 b9 o
• 3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
" C" ]5 i4 \! V4 }, x9 J0 t F• 3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)( g Y, |3 Q7 q9 n$ ~% S& X
• 3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
5 S" w# k! k. WDesirable Requirements:
, L8 }8 O5 v$ C" k• Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).- a% @ q# R) S z* A2 V" F8 G
• 6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
