C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
5 s6 n( \' Z- G( e. T•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
* I1 p) M1 X+ y3 K+ ^7 m, O$ u•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
9 u! G) }& X  B' Y•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
% m1 @& J5 `' _" B6 D/ {0 M•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
, Y- O. q9 U* y! V3 `! U•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
. d, M* J8 S) Z( L: a•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
, M# r% m  E9 `" B- b8 F$ a3 ^6 C•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
7 p/ y+ w9 V7 l; ?4 T# b•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
$ b7 p# R. e6 w* y•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
: A' {8 p3 @# B•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
$ x8 i* J% Z; q) f8 B•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
