C# Systems Analyst

  q+ u, T; {6 hC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
& j/ R2 Q1 `8 @/ Q) p•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
! {9 t4 s/ K8 C5 F) j3 C•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
. ]* T" s' p  a•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
' G* |2 o. g# y- C•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
- ?& H0 p# w& M- z•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
# m% P* t/ g  w6 N' V, H•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
/ _& J4 {- _) x% a•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
, v1 s6 q" B0 {! ?4 E2 J- P" `•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
& I5 S9 V/ x* `* ^# SMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
$ `' Q4 B5 i7 K# f4 f7 m* R; b& Y•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
( R% d) g4 m; o6 T( I•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
3 H& g/ ~; g( B•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
% ?/ g  Q2 R  x+ L•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
