' v1 F1 Y6 V6 O3 n/ SC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
/ ^4 B" J- V0 ]- c6 y4 s•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
" B; v% v: Q9 b# H. K•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
( T# o/ u  C2 ^  C  D) i3 Z•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
. |3 _* i5 U$ o, P5 o, X•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
/ l# P" m5 z: c•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
. i+ S9 _% I2 O•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
% r$ z" Z9 f7 V, D' _* l•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
' H, ?$ _) z  Y$ e9 Q7 t•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
2 C+ x: ]6 L" u  y' O; C' DDesirable Requirements:
! Z. C/ a# s9 o, `9 |•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
