& @, h$ w# {! ]" {C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
0 B/ w9 A' M8 L$ z1 sDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
+ A5 q( u2 s+ }•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
- Y& J: F+ c1 H, P9 `/ X•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
8 Q' F, p2 z4 b: r1 G•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
1 }: W; X, v* C( r5 _% N•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
' H; z) g& L- q: H6 T•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
2 w+ u! @3 c% H0 u' ]1 O•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
* K0 e8 t4 Q6 F. V7 \( y- v•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
% p$ D! p: M* u- e•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
) S& y# H8 `. s•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
6 g! O! U! f- K) P5 g6 n5 l* L•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
8 \# z$ d" r2 uDesirable Requirements:
' q: S; D& v2 j6 o•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
