& f1 F I- H* G1 s6 j “箱寿司”则是先将饭放入木盒中,铺上各式配料,加盖力压,然后把木盒寿司拍出来,切开一块块,状若箱子,因而得名。“手卷”其实是“卷鮨”的一种,话说十八世纪时,那些日本赌徒终日流连赌场(Tekkaba),赌得性起,又怕饿死,便把鲔鱼(吞拿鱼)肉放进饭中,用紫菜将之卷起来。可以大口大口的吃,又避免饭粒黏着扑克和手指,一举两得,故深受赌徒欢迎。这种食物因赌场而生,故名为tekkamabi,渐渐演变为今日的手卷。

Last week when I was in Beijing WangFuJing, I was surprised to see so many Sushi places, all with the moving tables!!!
