Job Duties / Responsibilities
, j7 Q! E+ u1 i+ {/ T7 L+ M5 u: L• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) . ^( i2 g4 R4 }8 |+ F4 Z- w c3 p5 [
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.4 l7 o7 @! O; g& W
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
" u8 E; I& _ q+ F& P• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
: V5 C9 b+ ~+ S6 F. z3 x• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
9 {' m2 R$ ]$ h9 {" v• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;

Education / Experience
+ A0 G1 r% \& ~& y; H$ x- L* M7 A• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
4 Q5 j8 W7 F m7 o0 I" J• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; . c* K4 x q3 M$ G! L' R2 P2 h$ d
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; ) ^; B8 Q; C6 D) C1 c
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
