市场可能开始slow down了，全市本月到今天共成交280套。

- v; }) k9 V5 y: p  T: {8 J5 M- i不过好房子还是很抢手，我明天有个房子要看，今天已经有9个offer了。

Ratio: 73% (74%, 81%, 71%)

Net loss/gain in listings this week: -64 (-243, -32, -26)

Active listings for condos: 1472 (1485, 1576, 1560)

现在看，很明显往上跑。

关键是市场上好房子不多!  
- v, H4 c1 X1 x( _. ~) m0 K+ x$ J
以SW为例，不是在靠近大马路，就是离高压线近，要不就是Corner Lot，转了一大圈下来，即便把价格范围从45~50W扩大的50~55W，能看得中的房子还是少得可怜。只有继续等等了！
