市场可能开始slow down了，全市本月到今天共成交280套。

- \! p% c( b9 f, z4 o+ |+ n不过好房子还是很抢手，我明天有个房子要看，今天已经有9个offer了。

Net loss/gain in listings this week: -64 (-243, -32, -26)
Active listings for single family homes: 1784 (1792, 1933, 1954)

现在看，很明显往上跑。

关键是市场上好房子不多!

! x; L% [5 D! H$ ^; M' b% I以SW为例，不是在靠近大马路，就是离高压线近，要不就是Corner Lot，转了一大圈下来，即便把价格范围从45~50W扩大的50~55W，能看得中的房子还是少得可怜。只有继续等等了！
