院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
8 V4 b: g: O0 g% Y* \2 Q9 {1 cup water 250 ml
( W/ j6 u( `% j! P2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 0 I& _; E1 s1 j) [# D9 m
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
2 p$ ^4 U6 }5 `. l' qjuice of 1 lemon* 1 4 J& q P" N/ b5 d3 I
, q/ ?9 e! ]2 nPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
