院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

2 `& Q4 x# n' j) D* o% Q3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
4 U) }- I H9 f2 c1 cup water 250 ml
2 A' n$ _: z2 g( k' C2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml # X$ C" T! C. q' w0 ?
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
5 C. z: g+ P/ J+ n* r& x: d/ Bjuice of 1 lemon* 1

/ M, f0 J$ V8 J: i9 [0 C& }. dPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.! E1 o* [' ?" k2 i; ?" v
