院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享8 e* W `" Z6 G* s ^6 \. o& H

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE / r5 ~8 Q2 o/ |
4 _- y3 h4 R7 a" M0 T3 cups saskatoons 750 ml " h4 G$ y6 \: ^" E
1 cup water 250 ml
" b0 q- ^4 j2 Z1 T2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml

juice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
