院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

; q [, K9 Y) V7 _9 V- t# r3 cups saskatoons 750 ml # w/ a$ }9 h+ I5 i* @" j% w
1 cup water 250 ml
( b5 |" G, [. o, ?7 M# z0 i2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
# Z* D% `1 x% C% }: L5 n, j v1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
# U! k4 r+ m6 {juice of 1 lemon* 1 6 q y+ B! _4 @+ ^$ S
% m7 V. |3 ]2 E- w4 WPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.6 |- t( i2 m9 a3 r: c
