S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

1 cup water 250 ml ) @+ k7 h7 x0 ]
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml % B( l5 ^8 N/ d" D) `7 |! _
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml . v$ l' @: M1 H4 K
juice of 1 lemon* 1

% L+ h9 L Z J) t1 |9 g3 e& M& IPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.! q, {- i; I( k
