院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

0 |6 m8 Y: t1 y& ?1 cup water 250 ml 3 p+ l1 ]6 V% H S1 u1 S6 I
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
% ~' s6 [$ g. ~$ Q, d; Z/ `, S1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 0 b- f9 k- R( G L
juice of 1 lemon* 1

1 h3 L" h; C. B3 i! WPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
