这个是很难办. DEAL已经SET了, 如果不要, DEPOSIT铁定要不回来, 如果上法庭, 因为是FORECLOSURE的房子, 估计也很难打赢. 对于公寓楼来说, 水淹其实也不是很大的问题, 无论是自主还是出租, 就是以后卖房子是不是会受点 ...3 P! A1 R# a) v" E, P- d. ?
