The deadline for submitting our bid to Canadian Heritage was November 30, 2009. Edmonton EXPO 2017 submitted its bid to the Province of Alberta and Canadian Heritage by this deadline. 7 X( }3 Y( {" M# A1 q" CThe Canadian bid city decision is expected in spring 2010. ) }# N1 `8 I/ I2 X7 I6 tThe international competition follows. The earliest Canada can submit its bid is in June 2011. ; U; F6 k! M. E5 d/ _6 g+ }
The host city will be voted on by members of the International Exhibitions Bureau in the fall of 2012. $ O8 R$ v+ H6 H
