outlook 2007 快速增加联系人

outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add

7 L1 e. |4 @' O, S* @8 c. }8 B! k2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
! [  g1 V% Y& c' C7 R( C0 BThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

" o# u4 B+ l  U# _8 z3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
