The Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:

· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP./ p! X3 x5 e. _8 p9 m
) V$ Z9 {1 [9 `& y& J) j" X· Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.

· Coordinating the purchase and issue of service recognition items, member name tags, and business cards.

· Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, preparing and distributing agendas, mail services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating the Manager’s meeting and schedule.

· Two years diversified word and information processing experience.
