2 h; Z! x% l+ ]0 K6 t; C* `The Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:7 w1 n8 ?* a. W5 ^" B4 `; I

· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.

· Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.( W( n, s, K1 }# l+ R6 Q4 U

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade including business subjects related to word and information processing or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college, supplemented by training in microcomputer applications.

21M, Salary Grade: 006, $1,053.13 - $1,307.68 (Bi-Weekly), $27,486.82 - $34,130.38 (Annually). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.
