2。全球经济的真正复苏决定了ALBERTA的中期市场。 如果全球经济出现2次下跌，ALBERTA的中期会受影响。
3。长期来看，因为掌握世界第二大石油资源，ALBERTA投资房地产是北美最好潜力的地方之一。
