Pudding Recipe

2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.9 z8 Z( z8 K! a* A7 n* q7 i5 z. g
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely% w: U4 _" O" _9 m
4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)

vanilla extract 1/2tsp

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled, B" Q2 L! t8 a3 O# H
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar 8 a* u' w7 J) P# B/ t+ U& a
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)/ u3 i* k. R: W# B1 o, b
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well) T* _5 r+ g# N0 `; y' T
5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water* Q9 s4 Q* b+ W! P& r/ g

不要加蛋白

喜歡硬Q點的放幾個全蛋
