Pudding Recipe

Milk 500c.c

/ @# c6 D I5 i2 G, E- Z% X# a1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
) I( ~; I1 y/ t0 c/ H( e2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.- }% k9 g' s& U3 j
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely5 o l' T/ b* C9 e( o
4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)0 r1 r$ L4 H5 e% w" _& j3 e( }5 t- r
5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋
