Pudding Recipe

egg yolk 1( }6 `# ]; ?2 F$ @& M( t' T5 G
sugar 80g

9 `$ K8 z1 x/ L1 p1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C). w, u( {& ?) O
2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.

4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)
0 O: W) @& C1 }5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

3 S, c9 V. S4 O0 Rsugar 40g+30g

/ [' D% ^1 P) ]! T. T1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled

3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)2 g% v% G3 O" n- X1 D& s
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well6 [0 i5 N4 f' v% @7 h# X
5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water- Q' Q& ]- _+ o* w v8 t, K) K8 {

第一種做出來有一半超好吃
