Schedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;, s- W+ t; I/ F( u \
$ J+ \! X/ g5 E0 @& V/ k8 bMust be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin) 7 x+ l3 Z0 a4 S4 ` Y

- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.

- Good time management and organizational skills required;

Job Duties:
" d* R7 j: C1 N& _; Q- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;* i- j' B+ X$ h/ Q0 w2 | ]
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;) L7 C( ]$ r5 M4 f: h
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files; 5 w8 g5 W/ W% K) @) E
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
