Which lot is better?

Sorry, can not type Chinese. Could you help to look at these two lots, which one is better?2 f7 t$ \  b" A+ c: i# ?

Lot 38 in Block 5 is better

44, bigger lot, Conner lot, close to the pond, and not facing school yard.

2 l( r/ \: ]( S- l, ]44 is good too except for the narrow font (only 34 feet) and you will facing other people's back yard.* M. e- i3 S% _2 f

以性价比来说,Lot 44 in Block 5 合算一些。
; o6 M. w! {, N4 T6 }- vlot 44 基本价= 40/2 = 20 万,很接近要价。4 i2 d2 O3 D% p- Z" X
lot 46 基本价= 38/2 = 19 万,实际价高出两万,虽然背靠绿地,但学校绿地不足以溢价2万。背靠绿地由劣到优顺序为:; L" R- @2 |- P. ?) t
高压线,高速公路,学校,公园,小湖, Ravine, 大湖。

当然是44好。前面通小池塘,后面是小路。小路南侧是池塘和贵房子。车库在北侧,客厅在南侧正好和邻居相隔较远,客厅可以做两侧窗,或者做成八角形的格局。

46虽说是靠学校绿地,但那块绿地地势高于房子,不爽。

那只是某指定进深的宽度。( r/ x2 p: V- Q; \
) i, J/ G/ j( L( O7 G
房子的射影不是方形的。在最窄的地方只有车库,34肯定够用。等到了要摆客厅的进深,宽度肯定已经不止34了。具体pocket形状要拿开发商的图纸和建筑商一起讨论如何利用最大面宽。

看来看好44的居多,原来有些取舍不定,现在看来就44吧,多谢各位!
  L/ f+ a2 r3 k& I/ y" v) Z2 X另外有一点疑问,WST回帖中说  “Lot 46 基本价= 38/2 = 19 万”, 38 是pocket size吗?我看着两个pocket都是40的pocket 呀?2 G" j6 l$ _5 P; i
还有site plan 上注明44是RC (Restrictive covenant),有没有什么说道?
