44 is good too except for the narrow font (only 34 feet) and you will facing other people's back yard.

当然是44好。前面通小池塘，后面是小路。小路南侧是池塘和贵房子。车库在北侧，客厅在南侧正好和邻居相隔较远，客厅可以做两侧窗，或者做成八角形的格局。

46虽说是靠学校绿地，但那块绿地地势高于房子，不爽。

那只是某指定进深的宽度。

房子的射影不是方形的。在最窄的地方只有车库，34肯定够用。等到了要摆客厅的进深，宽度肯定已经不止34了。具体pocket形状要拿开发商的图纸和建筑商一起讨论如何利用最大面宽。

% S! t3 n! z9 ~另外有一点疑问，WST回帖中说  “Lot 46 基本价= 38/2 = 19 万”, 38 是pocket size吗？我看着两个pocket都是40的pocket 呀？
