紧急求助：有谁知道none comfirming letter 的事儿？

请各位有经验的人士给我点儿意见。

9 D" t' F  {- P7 n- `我最近看了一个房子，已经给了房主offer.但是房主告诉我们，由于房子以前建的房前driveway和
7 y2 Y% @2 s# z0 ?0 y& o房子侧面小车棚不 符合cityedmonton新规定,所以该房是不符合标准的property.政府给
property report 的同时，还给了none comfirming letter 。

9 C* u& j' I, z1 ^7 J2 D$ E( i我的问题是，买这种房子将来会不会有问题呢？和这种情况影响不影响将来出售的价格？会不会不好卖呀！或者这种房应低于市场价呢？

" z( N/ j) r! ~, E  F9 P/ h但是我还是很担心。纠结死了。我是不是该撤掉offer呢，因为我是按照正常市场价给的。

果not confirming, 你可以要求owner to ask the city to confirm and approve.
& _* S& }& X* W# [1 l( zAfter the checking, the city has the responsibility to say yes or no. If
not approving, do not buy it.
