紧急求助：有谁知道none comfirming letter 的事儿？

请各位有经验的人士给我点儿意见。

我最近看了一个房子，已经给了房主offer.但是房主告诉我们，由于房子以前建的房前driveway和
& ~( a( G2 D' O) U房子侧面小车棚不 符合cityedmonton新规定,所以该房是不符合标准的property.政府给
$ J3 U  x/ X' i& Oproperty report 的同时，还给了none comfirming letter 。

: R% Q0 O3 j# d4 c) ?6 t( s  ^我的问题是，买这种房子将来会不会有问题呢？和这种情况影响不影响将来出售的价格？会不会不好卖呀！或者这种房应低于市场价呢？

我的realtor说：没有关系，不影响买卖，那个区房子都是这样的。

1 d' B( D1 h. K: w果not confirming, 你可以要求owner to ask the city to confirm and approve.
After the checking, the city has the responsibility to say yes or no. If
