紧急求助：有谁知道none comfirming letter 的事儿？

请各位有经验的人士给我点儿意见。

+ ?3 b4 z4 o1 _3 i) N  T$ [我最近看了一个房子，已经给了房主offer.但是房主告诉我们，由于房子以前建的房前driveway和
9 D( x' |! X. i6 J# Z+ w: v' h房子侧面小车棚不 符合cityedmonton新规定,所以该房是不符合标准的property.政府给
property report 的同时，还给了none comfirming letter 。

% p: J2 u& F1 C. l8 O8 s我的问题是，买这种房子将来会不会有问题呢？和这种情况影响不影响将来出售的价格？会不会不好卖呀！或者这种房应低于市场价呢？

我的realtor说：没有关系，不影响买卖，那个区房子都是这样的。
但是我还是很担心。纠结死了。我是不是该撤掉offer呢，因为我是按照正常市场价给的。

果not confirming, 你可以要求owner to ask the city to confirm and approve.
& u' z  b1 ~4 ^& d/ KAfter the checking, the city has the responsibility to say yes or no. If
not approving, do not buy it.
