紧急求助：有谁知道none comfirming letter 的事儿？

请各位有经验的人士给我点儿意见。

我最近看了一个房子，已经给了房主offer.但是房主告诉我们，由于房子以前建的房前driveway和
; V8 D  z3 y* @9 E! v房子侧面小车棚不 符合cityedmonton新规定,所以该房是不符合标准的property.政府给
property report 的同时，还给了none comfirming letter 。

我的问题是，买这种房子将来会不会有问题呢？和这种情况影响不影响将来出售的价格？会不会不好卖呀！或者这种房应低于市场价呢？

我的realtor说：没有关系，不影响买卖，那个区房子都是这样的。
但是我还是很担心。纠结死了。我是不是该撤掉offer呢，因为我是按照正常市场价给的。

' D$ j; F. M1 n+ t9 j- ~* P果not confirming, 你可以要求owner to ask the city to confirm and approve.
After the checking, the city has the responsibility to say yes or no. If
not approving, do not buy it.
