紧急求助：有谁知道none comfirming letter 的事儿？

请各位有经验的人士给我点儿意见。

我最近看了一个房子，已经给了房主offer.但是房主告诉我们，由于房子以前建的房前driveway和
: x6 s6 r% A2 y3 t3 E$ H! l1 X房子侧面小车棚不 符合cityedmonton新规定,所以该房是不符合标准的property.政府给
property report 的同时，还给了none comfirming letter 。

9 Z' P; [7 M8 Z: }0 S我的问题是，买这种房子将来会不会有问题呢？和这种情况影响不影响将来出售的价格？会不会不好卖呀！或者这种房应低于市场价呢？

& O, ]& i7 y* n, i1 f) P6 h但是我还是很担心。纠结死了。我是不是该撤掉offer呢，因为我是按照正常市场价给的。

不懂，帮顶，等明白的大侠弄清楚吧，别听realtor的，问清楚再做决定。

果not confirming, 你可以要求owner to ask the city to confirm and approve.

not approving, do not buy it.
