紧急求助：有谁知道none comfirming letter 的事儿？

请各位有经验的人士给我点儿意见。

我最近看了一个房子，已经给了房主offer.但是房主告诉我们，由于房子以前建的房前driveway和
6 ]! D+ o* b- F" V房子侧面小车棚不 符合cityedmonton新规定,所以该房是不符合标准的property.政府给
# `* w. `. A2 p$ U9 E- a" {$ D6 Iproperty report 的同时，还给了none comfirming letter 。
! h" h- u3 L, p* ^' L$ V+ x- Z! F
我的问题是，买这种房子将来会不会有问题呢？和这种情况影响不影响将来出售的价格？会不会不好卖呀！或者这种房应低于市场价呢？
