紧急求助：有谁知道none comfirming letter 的事儿？

请各位有经验的人士给我点儿意见。

我最近看了一个房子，已经给了房主offer.但是房主告诉我们，由于房子以前建的房前driveway和
# Z" \/ C* K: ?4 {  ~+ {房子侧面小车棚不 符合cityedmonton新规定,所以该房是不符合标准的property.政府给
" w7 ~# Y+ e+ l0 a& n$ M* O: a' zproperty report 的同时，还给了none comfirming letter 。

3 b6 O- l2 j! D+ `我的问题是，买这种房子将来会不会有问题呢？和这种情况影响不影响将来出售的价格？会不会不好卖呀！或者这种房应低于市场价呢？

7 {3 D: d' H  o; U6 K8 P果not confirming, 你可以要求owner to ask the city to confirm and approve.
After the checking, the city has the responsibility to say yes or no. If
