- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
" W. U1 l4 Q9 r5 l- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
9 J# h0 C$ B: i( B: T- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
- V6 `/ L& A# i' n0 x9 z- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
/ Z$ w6 h6 C: i- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
- Tend ovens which cure metal coating
