Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
' V. ~2 F* l  W; kSell merchandise to customers
5 a" i; Q4 _1 qResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
, m, c. B& }. W. y/ d, A, S& VMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

6 p% }/ j. J3 {% A  D         Completion of secondary school is required
        2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
