Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
+ l! L/ x, w) j* j5 rAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
* K# g4 e1 @' I- I7 J6 j( oResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
. o; X. H3 m! H% dPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
! r# c5 K9 s- f; bHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
