Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
$ u+ o; f5 z% z. |Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
' P& O. L' w3 u$ o1 W+ e6 P; M; o6 PSell merchandise to customers
1 h8 ]( r- _: ~( UResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
, F; H' S3 r1 `. Y+ ]$ FMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
