步骤:
' J# `; _2 W( k+ u# h1. 用Margarine or Butter 把烤盘涂一下.

3. 加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌直到light and fluffy.8 Z! ~3 x2 k/ ]# @9 i: t0 A
4. 再加cream of tartar, baking soda和面粉. 继续搅拌.! d1 L6 ]( m' H7 l- L
5. 把和好的面,搓成约2.5厘米的圆球.放入烤盘中,间距约5厘米.
5 D) a+ @- G8 V8 f* ]6. 烤箱温度约350华氏.烤12-15分钟,到边缘发黄.9 h" s+ D/ T: H! A% Q' F
