1. 用Margarine or Butter 把烤盘涂一下.# [+ z3 L9 D( m! M, Z7 }% y9 @
2. 把糖和Margarine or Butter 搅拌.
! v3 j1 ~7 w. v# i3. 加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌直到light and fluffy.5 A4 f" S3 r/ \3 u- B* ^+ |1 F7 R
4. 再加cream of tartar, baking soda和面粉. 继续搅拌.
0 a0 v0 G3 j$ r' |( m- r8 N; k5. 把和好的面,搓成约2.5厘米的圆球.放入烤盘中,间距约5厘米.
