1. 用Margarine or Butter 把烤盘涂一下.+ U& c( d9 Y4 S
2. 把糖和Margarine or Butter 搅拌./ R; v$ a; L$ x+ d
3. 加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌直到light and fluffy.% [4 r1 i# I" h& |2 F U; G
4. 再加cream of tartar, baking soda和面粉. 继续搅拌.
# A+ K6 }' K* g5. 把和好的面,搓成约2.5厘米的圆球.放入烤盘中,间距约5厘米." V; B* O0 L2 w- A/ _! S
6. 烤箱温度约350华氏.烤12-15分钟,到边缘发黄." ?0 R* E& E+ M( k D
