& `) j6 C! a) I1 t9 [•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control+ c, e) G3 I% p- g5 d) R6 x# T
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
: _% i' ^( k9 o•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  $ E2 Q+ }1 ~6 C
•        Managing customer expectations   O8 b1 b: \6 e6 K
•        Documentation of technical procedures # t% B8 h% E' u
•        Trouble shooting client network issues ; B. B  {0 x; M0 ]9 n% f
•        Optimizing system configurations  ) O! N' X+ n4 T) f) q* T/ n$ @
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 9 C: ^% r" ^: a: P7 B9 ?
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        System training

Skills and Knowledge Required
5 G9 y) F& ^9 h+ N' s6 q" O9 e•        Customer service skills 2 w& s) [( M0 [! y; j
•        Technical writing skills
& ?" W' S, S' z  v* V3 |•        C++ development skills
1 _2 X7 }: h" n, C: j•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
' b' s: K4 {' ]) j: B6 \2 C$ ^3 W•        Network trouble shooting skills + `% H2 ?) x0 c- x
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills ' [# q* [" I7 _7 T
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education' }4 g# X) [, @
•        Technical degree or diploma
2 \) e; E- r; ?" \7 o/ [6 P•        2 years experience in a technical support role7 L# ^1 H/ L0 G/ O0 L: _5 G! m  a
