% k& p( C7 ~4 \" ?  y& w  m, E•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control: A. i. N3 R2 ?5 P6 ~! l  w
•        Identification and replication of software defects  % D+ ]6 y% t1 t: n; M9 P
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  % O& `  X( o& @# A/ ?$ e4 }
•        Managing customer expectations ' B% |9 ~% V/ d4 a2 Y8 ?' j/ b
•        Documentation of technical procedures
( M1 x6 u& G# w+ E7 ^•        Trouble shooting client network issues ! M) [$ c4 v* [8 p5 `1 r( F
•        Optimizing system configurations  , z  D- s  i7 X& E: z, u
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin: R+ ~, a! K; q! J; r$ j- W
•        Work evenings as required

+ G/ h& ^) C  g, c- i  ?+ W! T•        Customer service skills " ^! i' R$ U4 N4 E
•        Technical writing skills + ?& @( E& [, W
•        C++ development skills + i" d$ Q: C2 t( i/ Z; C; Y
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.9 u, ?6 T3 g# Y+ O5 d" O; ?& r
•        Network trouble shooting skills ' _( k: ?& H; L& Z- A- z
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 1 Y; O& s2 W0 f
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments 6 {! n2 M3 ]3 C( K9 [
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
