Position Responsibilities:1 f4 s. N. q1 n
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
1 m; W+ N% n5 O8 s5 B, r, T2 |0 ~•        Identification and replication of software defects  * ?! \9 {: S8 w/ R9 D, h
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
. Q0 N2 \9 L  Y! ]* }% }: b•        Managing customer expectations
4 n0 h" l5 N6 `•        Documentation of technical procedures
, ^# @5 F4 H- J' u" x3 b•        Trouble shooting client network issues

•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

Skills and Knowledge Required
4 I! T/ }! _2 y! q+ M; s3 }•        Customer service skills 0 a3 L, T* u# E, o! D- [
•        Technical writing skills
$ O. P. Y: L" c+ ]6 ~6 O( _9 Z•        C++ development skills & f: H! I7 L: f. Z) W7 j8 n7 n/ O) S
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

" u& G" g+ B  G8 M, o•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills # m0 @, o! w/ g2 c) j$ W+ m  c3 w/ W
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education
$ e; T1 Q9 f9 o! {•        Technical degree or diploma
9 @" f, ?0 D- n' ?  s# }•        2 years experience in a technical support role- E( g9 Q* j  j" t( L0 m: O; z
