•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
: _+ A: e, Z/ V' i•        Identification and replication of software defects  4 d% ?% v- G9 W9 I! `
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  6 u+ ]3 Z/ e! R! }. Q
•        Managing customer expectations
( q& K. w, e& @' P  C•        Documentation of technical procedures

•        Optimizing system configurations  : ]- t2 I- x- U" ]7 E
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required3 l; C  h0 n/ d0 B! o) U' B
•        Customer service skills 3 o! }  J% n4 e% d! Z
•        Technical writing skills % f6 ~: I. w) I7 R7 E9 K
•        C++ development skills ( A/ C1 G% ?- V& y; G0 ^
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills + u' }8 \6 c4 [4 c8 }
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments 7 S4 L& q- y# ?+ R  Y
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        Technical degree or diploma
