• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control

• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ; R( V. h, S9 c ]1 }2 _/ [- Z
• Managing customer expectations ( o) p- }4 ^% {; t, _; q$ P
• Documentation of technical procedures ; k# [$ |5 @1 A0 r' O! l w
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills
