•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
3 L7 b8 X, P1 L. n' F! I) c7 {•        Identification and replication of software defects  2 v. n! }, ^9 P; Y- G
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  ; R( V. h, S9 c  ]1 }2 _/ [- Z
•        Managing customer expectations ( o) p- }4 ^% {; t, _; q$ P
•        Documentation of technical procedures ; k# [$ |5 @1 A0 r' O! l  w
•        Trouble shooting client network issues

Skills and Knowledge Required

•        C++ development skills . w0 x- c( P/ k5 I7 I4 L3 ^
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.0 m4 a/ D% E) d" e" e
•        Network trouble shooting skills 8 x; |& E' H" E
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
' ?% k* b: z/ d  O# k•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
