Position Responsibilities:$ u" \6 X: ]: R. g: A
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control) `1 ?" X1 v1 j; L' W
•        Identification and replication of software defects  9 r; u! S+ b) B$ w
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  3 u2 x! c: d& x4 A3 o% u
•        Managing customer expectations & T6 R  N1 }4 f$ `
•        Documentation of technical procedures
4 c0 X3 Y4 |8 @4 C- M, w  e•        Trouble shooting client network issues
8 l' |8 I" l% z  a. F4 J•        Optimizing system configurations  
( ?" t' H9 n; |5 v•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 9 q* h! Z, Z! P, |& q) r7 E
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 5 w/ q% |+ {+ R. A. r
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required
+ Q. |- p7 o! b•        Customer service skills " ^  e) T' ?% h
•        Technical writing skills 4 E" |, Q8 F9 {& E7 [& `+ p: Z7 i0 _
•        C++ development skills
1 r1 F5 K* E# @5 g9 x$ x1 m•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.7 _8 w7 O6 N/ C& L# ~$ k9 m6 U
•        Network trouble shooting skills
5 Y! {$ A+ G4 e•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
9 u2 S# ~% q7 H5 _4 {: Q  `•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
