Position Responsibilities:
" d2 I1 o) j P3 M1 q1 t8 s• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control, G* D; _0 l* w8 J; e0 K
• Identification and replication of software defects 6 X; k9 ]8 V9 [$ a2 N
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ; }3 n5 k/ A+ M) x3 r2 k2 B
• Managing customer expectations 4 _1 c+ I. K$ v3 y0 ?; ~
• Documentation of technical procedures , h. N& E0 B' ^6 d. F
• Trouble shooting client network issues 8 i3 }+ P' H$ A- |* f
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Experience and Education
5 v; t4 t" U/ p, y: U• Technical degree or diploma
