Position Responsibilities:
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
  t% G& ?  x: ?+ }  ]+ E0 O4 N•        Identification and replication of software defects  
9 z9 d8 V0 ?" D, b. e$ {•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
# K5 t! U1 M) \) ~! {  e: n' K•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
  `+ @8 h& J$ l5 w* b& v  ?4 o•        Trouble shooting client network issues
6 _5 A% w! y, v•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
- V+ s# \* x) I# E0 D5 g: X$ W•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
•        Work evenings as required
Skills and Knowledge Required

•        C++ development skills
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
& v4 u, z' u+ [, w•        Network trouble shooting skills
: M1 o. m  W5 {7 U" T•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
•        Ability to work independently
•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin
Experience and Education
•        Technical degree or diploma
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
