Position Responsibilities:+ Y$ C. b+ Z& k& m/ G& d3 {2 \+ R' s
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
t% G& ? x: ?+ } ]+ E0 O4 N• Identification and replication of software defects
9 z9 d8 V0 ?" D, b. e$ {• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
# K5 t! U1 M) \) ~! { e: n' K• Managing customer expectations 0 k' b3 g x" v \- u
• Documentation of technical procedures

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• 2 years experience in a technical support role
