• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control% Y7 u* ~2 i- l: `
• Identification and replication of software defects ; i6 b2 L5 L4 C
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
5 I0 w. }9 _0 C- ^2 C• Managing customer expectations
- m) q6 U# E! `% c• Documentation of technical procedures # k/ R& p9 Q- L% P4 j
• Trouble shooting client network issues % a. g' u3 W2 |& B& J; y4 y+ x
• Optimizing system configurations ; }3 n* d% o: |( J8 D( L
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

Experience and Education
