Position Responsibilities:

• Identification and replication of software defects 3 U9 J" Y5 O- H5 n3 ?, k d0 I
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients : }- m% Y" }/ p: H# F5 j
• Managing customer expectations 0 P8 i; [+ M( r+ U8 r \% ]/ s
• Documentation of technical procedures 6 r4 h7 c% v& Q
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• System training
