; F6 s( v! x9 ^1 w; \1 ^• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control. z4 {1 {$ M% Z& t: x! N+ { P7 \/ {
• Identification and replication of software defects + R; X, ]+ y' n6 w
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
5 J- k. T! k6 V( V" U• Managing customer expectations
4 [) o- }3 l4 @5 f5 F5 b8 w' _• Documentation of technical procedures $ ~' @3 ]4 b) o& S
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
