After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. : M4 |/ `# K! k

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains., X3 M' Q0 |- Q N* _8 a+ z/ M
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
! R4 X9 D4 ~" k- vUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.6 F. B" d; H* l
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

& [3 V* m# }$ KThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.: v( `3 ]: B! \1 w+ {% g6 c! Y
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
