阿尔伯塔学生贷款申请条件之一是否必须连续住满12个月？

看到不少帖子都说申请阿尔伯塔学生贷款条件之一是必须连续住满12个月。但是相关ALIS网站上查出的PDF文件：[StudentFinanceSFCC_FQA.pdf] 的第一部分有关学生申请合法条件的描述中根本就没有提到必须连续住满12个月的要求。
不知道是大家以前都以讹传讹了，还是我没有找到正确地方。特请各位专家指正，如果我错了，赐教正确的URL网络连接。其实很多人都想知道！

3 a( S; d. u: n! T( e还有，UA和U of Calgary那个学校好申请？听说现在新移民太多，学校的要求严格了许多，不知道上phd的情况怎么样？是否都没有希望拿到奖学金啊？贷款是否都能申请到？能给多少？学完后要全部返还吗？

很想继续读书，但是的确是个穷人，很苦恼啊！希望早日得到大家的答复，谢谢！！！

我今年拿到的学生贷款，省里给的学生贷款才250元，而联邦的学生贷款给了大几千。所以，要是省里的贷款拿不到也无所谓。当然有是最好的，总比没有强。

在各个大学的calendar中的admission有明确说明必须住满一年.
*A resident of Alberta is defined as a Canadian Citizen or Permanent
8 B( C$ d- J" C! @( oResident (Landed Immigrant) who has been continuously resident in the Province
of Alberta, the Yukon, the Northwest Territories or Nunavut for at least one year
immediately before the first day of classes of the term for which admission is
& Y( t# T5 `( g; U3 Y" qsought. The one-year residence period shall not be considered broken where
2 w" m8 n$ e3 ]0 y6 T0 @  fthe admission committee is satisfied that the applicant was temporarily out of
the province on vacation, in short-term employment, or as a full-time student.
Applicants on study permit cannot establish residence during a period as a fulltime
student in an Alberta secondary or postsecondary institution because a stay
under study permit is considered to be a visiting period.

非常非常感谢大家的答复！但是又有新问题不明白了，听BIGMOUSE说，有省贷款和联邦贷款之分，那么1年的期限只是针对省贷款吗？联邦贷款有没有期限？还有，贷款是否只要够条件就有？不需要像奖学金一样要竞争吧？

我们来爱城8个月，听说：1、阿省学生贷款要在这里住满一年以上才能申请；2、听说未住满一年如果申请了联邦贷款，以后也就申请不到省贷款了。我们的申请结果是：联邦贷款4200，省贷款1200，但是省贷款从明年1月才能拿。结论是：1、T；2、F。
