Recently I began to monitor the gas mileage of my 90 Chevy Corsica,V6/3.1L 3speed automatic transmision. Curb weight about 2885 lb7 }; p# o4 j: U
The gas mileage measure method I got from a local friend is that fullfill the gas tank each time, put down the mileage and gas volume(litre) filled in, then
: f. a) S. n$ y7 o" M" t0 M- bThe gas mileage = (next time mileage - previous time mileage) /(next time filled gas volume) 8 s4 o7 ^- I7 J) |: p1 o" _+ o* D
After convent to MPG(mile per gallon), the result I got is 26 MPG

Official gas mileage is MPG (City/Hwy) 4 cyl 24/33 v6 21/29
