Recently I began to monitor the gas mileage of my 90 Chevy Corsica,V6/3.1L 3speed automatic transmision. Curb weight about 2885 lb0 |+ k4 O, p' Z& S! _1 D7 Q" C1 k. f3 _
The gas mileage measure method I got from a local friend is that fullfill the gas tank each time, put down the mileage and gas volume(litre) filled in, then
$ O/ u6 c9 f: I7 ?- `* Y! QThe gas mileage = (next time mileage - previous time mileage) /(next time filled gas volume) / M8 R7 w6 e; d' U, T% ?4 ]
After convent to MPG(mile per gallon), the result I got is 26 MPG
