Primary Focus
6 u" s2 ]+ J3 b$ q. Z Responsible to manage electrical critical drawings ensuring compliance with Enbridge Drawing Standards.

Responsible to provide electrical design expertise to internal and external stakeholders. 8 Z( d7 n* _' _; V7 k
+ X o/ v& I1 i0 E4 p# J2 PResponsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects. * `8 A& C7 [8 H' C* H+ u) c
Responsibilities

Electrical critical drawings are up to date and accurate 8 z6 b/ t: o9 s) p$ k0 r7 l" N

Achieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by: + t4 E, ?2 G& u

Managing critical drawing construction and as-built processes as established within the Enbridge Drawing Standards, 2 @1 t2 H* y6 z7 J1 \; Q

Performing site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings, 2 h( I) f+ t& j& R' `; \2 B
9 i2 \6 @% r1 b. O1 s) m6 r, AEngaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates, . R' C/ F! K- W' ]7 E

Developing and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date,

8 x% S3 B6 w7 {Performing quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers,

Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution.

. @0 p+ Y/ L% h10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment. 8 p$ c+ a( k: ^
4 o* A/ Z9 U. V5 d- W+ U4 d1 X5+ years AutoCAD experience.
8 A n6 { L5 j$ u& [5 h$ u
( z5 l/ ]& O/ q& i( U0 hRegistered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired. 1 {2 |. {2 ]) e! X
