举个例子：
+ s) A5 k5 g: _+ y如果你捐赠$1000，你会得到$3000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$1000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$4000。
5 _+ |0 U0 m1 ^" q/ s5 h; r在你报税的时候，根据39%的Alberta Tax Credit，你将会得到$1560（4000乘以39%等于1560）的退税。除去你捐的$1000，你将净得$560。
* a" l( c) q. D/ G& p) i如果你捐赠$5,000，你会得到$15,000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$5,000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$20,000。

让我解释一下：
FMV--- fair market value

比如　一套Courseware软件
' f/ ~8 r+ l' X' j( course on the computer)( 关于 Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or word的学习)
The fair marker value是 $100.
如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
3 C* y) P# `: ^6 P3 [) h你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of  30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt  $3000.

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。
