At the moment most users on the Shaw network using Internet Explorer 0 k$ M6 z( k6 n/ t% c7 Z
are unable to load University of Alberta websites. I'm hoping this will help

The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to
0 P( i7 i6 A- q- V! J6 v. s1 [; DTools -> Internet Options2 }. d j% f9 a3 Y# P, B. P( c& d
Click the Connections Tab% Q; k1 |! t# X7 x! v# H
Click the the "Lan Settings" button/ H" A- Z% r3 z5 [
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"5 o* ]5 A( n/ X9 D
Click Ok
