UA 网站为什么上不去了？

最近几天UA的网站是不是上不去了？大家遇到这种问题了吗？

1。用别的浏览器，比如firefox或者opera，不要用IE.
2。改一个IE的设置，见下:

The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to
3 k4 L+ F) `. G( r% |Tools -> Internet Options
Click the Connections Tab
Click  the the "Lan Settings" button
) x" Q; f& N# A# ]( r) FRemove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"
; @" X0 k" G& i. r3 a, {Click Ok
# B$ a% y% \" kClick Ok

: V  H0 V) f. L) _% {/ ?- \The user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again.
